Standard Needle Valves

The standard needle valve family includes carbon steel and stainless steel (SS316) valves pressure rated from 6,000~10,000psi. 

 End connections from 1/4" to 1" female and male NPT threads. 

6,000psi 

• Viton O-ring with Teflon back-up ring packing design.
•  Polyoxymethylene (POM) valve seat.
• Rolled and lubricated stem tips. 

10,000psi

• Non-rotating stem tip design with Teflon packing and SS316 back-up ring packing design.
• Metal valve seat.
• Rolled and lubricated stem tips. 

 The mini valve family includes carbon steel and stainless steel  (SS316)   valves pressure rated from 3,000~6,000psi.  

 End connections from 1/4" to 1" female and male NPT threads.  

Viton O-Ring seal and Teflon back-up ring design. Each stem thread is rolled and lubricated to prevent galling and reduce operating torque. 

 The angled needle valve family includes carbon steel and stainless steel (SS316) valves pressure rated from 6,000~10,000psi.  

1/8" to 1/2"  female and male NPT threads.

 The multiport needle valve family includes carbon steel and stainless steel (SS316) valves pressure rated from 6,000~10,000psi.  It is made with square bar stock with three female and one male thread as its end connection.

1/2" to 3/4" male and female NPT threads.
